Why is the design blueprint free? expand_more
We believe in our engineering quality. We prefer to show you what we can do rather than tell you. If you don't love the final design, you pay nothing. No risk, no wasted budget.
What happens if I don't like the design? expand_more
Zero hard feelings. You own your budget until you approve the design for development. We only begin coding once you are 100% satisfied with the visual blueprint.
Can I save my design revisions for later? expand_more
Yes! If you approve the design quickly and don't use your 2 free rounds, they can be "converted" into post-launch polish rounds. This is great for minor visual tweaks (colors, text, or images) after seeing the live site. However, structural layout changes must still be finalized during the blueprint phase to ensure a 3-day delivery.
Who owns the website and source code? expand_more
You do. We are strictly a development agency. We will recommend the servers and domain registrars for your use case, and help you purchase them under your own name. The source code is 100% yours once development is complete.
How easy is it to update my own content? expand_more
On our Plus and Premium plans, we integrate Sanity CMS. This allows you to upload blog posts, project listings, or team updates via a simple, user-friendly interface. No coding required.
Are there any recurring monthly management fees? expand_more
No. Unlike typical agencies, we don't believe in "maintenance traps." You pay for the development once, and you own it forever. You pay your hosting provider directly for server costs (approx. RM 50-100/mo depending on traffic), and we don't take a cut.
When exactly do I need to pay? expand_more
Only after you are 100% happy with the design blueprint. For **Basic** plans, we require full payment before coding begins. For **Plus & Premium**, we accept a 50% deposit to start development, with the remaining 50% due upon completion.
What is your refund policy? expand_more
Because you pay only after approving the final design, our development fees are strictly non-refundable. You've already validated the quality and structure before any financial commitment is made.
What happens after the website is launched? expand_more
We provide a 30-Day Launch Guarantee on Premium projects to fix any development bugs for free. For Basic and Plus, or for any new features/changes after the guarantee period, we offer on-demand development at RM 80/hour. No long-term contracts.
Are you always available for new projects? expand_more
No. To maintain elite engineering quality, we only take on 2-3 new projects per month. We vet every lead to ensure we are the right technical fit for your goals. If we're maxed out, we'll let you know the next available slot.
